Usa ka boluntary na pagtigum sa maski pila nga kantidad. Mahimong ma withdraw sa panahon kung kinahanglanon sa miembro ang maong kantidad.


ASSURANCE FUND (AF)

Matag miembro mohatag ug P2.00 nga sinimana nga kontribusyon alang sa assurance fund.





CENTER FUND

Ang sentro mahimong maghimo ug mga kalihukan ug mag awhag sa pagmobilisa ug pundo sa tibu-ok sentro.





Ang pondo (CBU, AF, & SD) sa miembro adunay 3.5% nga tubo sa kada tuig kon miabot og P500.00 kada bulan"



CAPITAL BUILD-UP - Once organized, the members immediately start their weekly savings. The amount is accumulated in an account called Capital Build Up. Savings mobilization is generated through the following:

- P20 per member during GRD

- Pledge of P20 per week after GRD


CBU Withdrawals

- CBU with balances can be withdrawn but a member must maintain a minimum CBU balance of P5,000 for loans P20,000 and below or 25% of the Approved loanable for loans above P20,000. Loan amount includes Regular Loan and MPL.

- CBU amount withdrawn cannot be returned exept if withdrawal is for SF payment purposes.

- Member who wishes to withdraw her CBU must fill up the CBU withdrawal form and this will be endorsed to the center wherein center officers and group members will sign the form and will be submitted to the BDS.

- For withdrawal of less than P1,000 - BDS will approved the withdrawal and can be withdrawn readily during center meeting.

- For CBU withdrawals of P1,000 and above, the BDS will recommend for approval to the BDO and approval to the BM. Withdrawal can occur at the branch office, scheduled loan release or on the next center meeting.

- CBU withdrawal form will be filled in one (1) copy, 1 will be attached in the DV for P1,000 and above and in the CS for below P1,000.



ASSURANCE FUND - Each member of the group shall pledge weekly deposit of P2.00 regardless of loan availment. This will commence during the 1st weekly loan payment.

- Assurance Fund can be withdrawn with the consent of the concerned member; however, it can be only be withdrawn to cover the member's weekly payment and if there is positive balances.

- The total amount withdrawn to cover the missed payment/s shall be returned back by the delinquent member before she is allowed to re-loan.

- Withdrawal slip will be approved by the assigned BDS.

- BDS will issue withdrawal slip which will be signed by the concerned members, Center Chief, group leader and BDS.

- In cases where AF is withdrawn and the member/owner is not present, an authorization letter is required.



SPECIAL DEPOSIT - This represents the voluntary savings of individual members and may constitute any amount. A group deposit slip will be issued and be given to the center.

- SD withdrawals can be withdrawn during center meeting in the amount of P2,000.00 and below.

- Withdrawal slip will be approved by the assigned BDS.

- BDS will issue withdrawal slip which will be signed by the concerned member, center chief, group leader and BDS.

- In cases where SD is withdrawn and the member/owner is not present, an authorization letter is required.



CENTER FUND - The center may decide to have fund raising to mobilize savings. Penalties from absences and late may be added to the Center Fund aside from their agreed weekly due.

- The entire members of the center will decide on the proceeds on this fund.

- Center fund withdrawals can be withdrawn during center meeting in the amount of P2,000.00 and below.

- Withdrawal slip will be approved by the assigned BDS.
